這禮物來自於英國上議院，必須為議員身分才可取得，是一份特殊的物品。

事實上，在這種場合中，外賓贈給台北市政府的禮品跟市長一點關係也沒有；用的到、用不到的禮品，通通都得登記造冊，送進市庫。
柯文哲可能自己也不清楚規定。
